Xero has released their Online Quoting feature. This feature is much awaited as it brings the whole sales process together. Once you enter a Quote, you can then email it to your client. They can view this Quote online and accept your Quote. Once your Quote is accepted you can turn the Quote into an Invoice and email this to your client.
With an enabled Pay Now button the client can pay you immediately Increasing your Cashflow while Decreasing your Debtors.
